MORNING RETREATS
October 18th, 2024 | 9am - 12:30pm
A morning to gracefully transition into autumn. This retreat will focus on supporting digestion through yoga, meditation, herbs and food. Discover how a healthy microbiome affects immunity, sleep, mood, endocrine system and the reproductive system. A fresh, ayurvedic lunch will be provided.

A morning to fortify your immune system and promote ojas (vitality) through yoga, meditation, herbs and food. A fresh, ayurvedic lunch will be provided.
March 14th, 2025 | 9am-12:30pm
This retreat will guide you through a gentle and healthy detox for the body systems using yoga, ayurveda, herbs and food.
SEASONAL SERIES

Explore how emotions move through our bodies and how this impacts our organs and health. We will be using yoga, qi gong and self-reflection practices in these classes to discover how the energy of emotions move uniquely through you. Between classes, we will be weaving these insights into our daily life and relationships. This 5 class series will leave you feeling light, clear and inspired.

Take time to restore on summer evenings with practices that unwind the body and mind. This 6 class series will use an ayurvedic approach to yoga leaving you feeling soothed and open-hearted.
