Explore how emotions move through our bodies and how this impacts our organs and health. We will be using yoga, qi gong and self-reflection practices in these classes to discover how the energy of emotions move uniquely through you. Between classes, we will be weaving these insights into our daily life and relationships. This 5 class series will leave you feeling light, clear and inspired.

A restorative series for the reproductive and nervous systems. We will be gathering the nourishing lunar and earth energy for balance on these summer evenings. This 6 class series will use gentle movement and relaxing postures to promote flow of prana through the female reproductive system and tonify the nervous system.
