Hi — I’m Anne
I REVERE THIS PLACE I CALL HOME AND DELIGHT IN THE THINGS I CALL WORK.
As I’ve moved through my life, I’ve been amazed to see how my creative energy has shifted. From being a student of architecture and art, to milking cows on a sustainable farm, and learning herbalism from wise women in rural Kansas. I’ve followed my heart and trusted my intuition.
For decades, I deep dove into the philosophical and physical world of the healing arts — yoga, dance, bodywork, and Ayurveda. Now, as a wife and mother of two, my creative energy has brought me to the garden and kitchen. I love creating wholesome, herbal, home-harvested meals from scratch with my littles. Our sourdough bread and wild-harvested jams definitely evoke joy.
It’s here where I collaborate with friends, community, and nature to create the art of healing. I hope our trails cross soon.
