Spring Yoga Series

We will be using yoga, qi gong and self-reflection practices in these classes to discover how the energy of emotions move uniquely through you. Between classes, we will be weaving these insights into our daily life and relationships. This 5 class series will leave you feeling light, clear and inspired.
