COMING SPRING 2025

These three sessions will guide an intimate group deep into being vital women in body, mind and soul. We will connect with innate womb wisdom though embodiment explorations and reflections. We will shed light on women’s physiology and how to balance hormones through the monthly menstrual cycle and lifecycles. The classes utilize herbal remedies, foods and lifestyle to support this wellness journey. We will integrate with restorative yoga and storytelling of the female archetypes. Signing up for this course is setting an intention to better tend to yourself though the months, years and decades to come.
