A series dedicated to being a vital women in body, mind and soul. We will connect with innate womb wisdom though embodiment explorations. We will shed light on women’s physiology and how to balance hormones. We will integrate with restorative yoga and storytelling of the female archetypes.

A workshop that breathes life into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This series will demystify yoga sutras and empower you to ground yoga philosophy in your practice and in your daily life.

Attune to the balance of day and night and the coming of spring with this embodied ritual class.
