Golden Masala Spice Blend
This spice blend has a little bit of everything healing! It is grounding, nourishing, invigorating & warming and will keep the digestive fire steady. It is balancing for everyone needing a little brightness and aides in assimilating nutrients and is anti-inflammatory. It is also perfect in the late winter and spring time as well as for vata/ kapha and pitta in moderation.
