Spring Yoga Series

Spring is the season for cleansing, invigorating and getting inspired! This 5 class series focuses on wellness of our mind, body and spirit. Using an ayurvedic approach to yoga, we will utilize asana, elements, organs, senses, emotions and herbs to harmonize with the season.
