Summer Yoga Series
Summer is the season for recreating and growth! This evening 5 class series focuses on restorative and rejuvenating practices for our mind, body and spirit. Using an ayurvedic approach to yoga, we will utilize asana, elements, organs, senses, emotions and herbs to harmonize with the season. You will gain an understanding of how to tailor your own yoga practice and daily life to this season leaving you feeling soothed and open-hearted.

Getting to the heart of practicing on the mat and in world with this summer balancing class focused on the shoulder girdle and the heart.

Take time to integrate with this meditative practice using sensory awareness called pratyahara.

Take a deep dive into this nourishing practice for the endocrine system in the heat of summer to avoid burnout and build your vitality.
